Koinova helps churches manage membership, announcements, departments, events, community conversations, resources, care and follow-up. Authorised teams can use broadcasts, birthday reminders, church networks and media tools according to their plan. By using the service you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
Accounts and church authority
Provide accurate details, protect your sign-in credentials and keep your contact address current. Do not share an administrator account. Church owners and authorised church administrators manage membership approvals, team permissions and church subscriptions. Ordinary members cannot claim trials or change a church’s plan. You must have permission to represent a church, publish its history or submit its documents. A reviewed church profile or bank account indicates a platform review of submitted details. It is not a guarantee of a church’s activities, financial standing or future conduct. Contact the church directly to verify sensitive instructions.
Church records and responsibilities
Church teams decide which member information they collect and which staff need access. Obtain appropriate permission before recording visitors’ contact details, sensitive care notes, photographs or children’s information. Keep private pastoral conversations out of public posts. A network relationship connects church profiles and leadership history; it does not grant access to another church’s member list or care notes.
Content, resources and media
You retain your rights to content you provide and give Koinova permission to store, display and process it to deliver the service. Upload or link only content you are entitled to share, including sermon recordings, music, photographs and social posts. You are responsible for the audience you choose. Public church posts and resources can be seen outside your church; member posts remain within the approved church community. Social content is provided by its original platform. Availability, embedding and playback depend on that provider and the post’s visibility. Reactions and comments made in Koinova stay in Koinova; they do not update Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other social accounts.
Plans, free trials and renewal
Prices, limits and included tools are shown on the church plan page before checkout. Sermon Studio is included in Pro and Enterprise. A verified church’s authorised billing administrator may claim each eligible higher paid tier once for one calendar month. A trial cannot run alongside another trial and cannot be repeatedly restarted. No payment card is needed to claim this offer. When a trial ends, the church returns to its previous paid entitlement if it is still valid, or to Free. Trying a higher tier does not pause an existing paid subscription or extend its expiry. A trial does not automatically enrol the church in recurring billing. Auto-renewal is an optional choice at paid checkout and can be cancelled through the church plan controls. Cancellation stops future renewals; an already paid period remains subject to the applicable entitlement and Refund Policy.
Payments and church bank details
Paystack processes Koinova software subscription and church-event advert payments. Koinova does not collect, hold or distribute church offerings through this platform. Reviewed church bank details may be displayed so a member can transfer directly using their own banking service. Confirm the church and account name before paying. Send transfer questions, receipts and refund requests directly to the recipient church or your bank.
Availability and fair use
Keep uploads within the per-file and total church storage limits displayed in the app. Large sermons should use a supported video link; Sermon Studio can make a short clip on the user’s device before optional upload. Features require a supported browser or app, suitable connectivity and the necessary device permissions. We may maintain the service, fix faults or limit abusive accounts. Keep your own copies of important church records and media.
Suspension, closure and support
We may restrict content or accounts that breach these terms, compromise security or expose others to harm. Contact support@koinova.co to ask for review, resolve access problems or request account deletion. Church leaders should arrange an appropriate handover of church ownership before deleting their own account.
Sponsored church-event placements
Church-event adverts are separate one-time purchases from church subscription plans. The base is NGN5,000 per seven-day week. Discounts are 5% at 4-7 weeks, 10% at 8-12 weeks, 15% at 13-25 weeks and 20% at 26 weeks. The server-calculated total is shown before payment. Twenty-six weeks is 182 days, approximately six months; there is no recurring charge. Payment is followed by Koinova content review and scheduling. Payment alone does not publish an advert or verify a church. Only approved, paid, in-date placements enter the rotating sponsored carousel. Rotation does not guarantee display on every page view, traffic, reach, attendance or sales. Pausing does not automatically extend the paid end date. One managed Koinova social share is included after approval; the team posts it and records its actual link. Paid social-media ad spend is not included. Applicants must have authority to represent the event and permission to use the flyer. Unused declined paid submissions can be corrected and resubmitted without another payment. Contact support@koinova.co with the booking number for rescheduling or refund review; the team handles refunds rather than automatic software processing.
Changes and applicable rights
Published changes carry a last-updated date. Review the terms when adopting new features or renewing a plan. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions about the service, content or these terms, contact support@koinova.co.
