Delete Your Koinova Account

1. Account Deletion Request

Koinova users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

2. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your Koinova account, please send an email to:

support@koinova.co

Use the subject:

Account Deletion Request

Please include:

• The email address linked to your Koinova account.
• Your full name.
• Your church name, if applicable.
• A short confirmation that you want your account deleted.

3. Data That May Be Deleted

When your deletion request is verified, Koinova may delete or anonymize:

• Your account profile information.
• Your email address and phone number.
• Your church membership connection.
• Your push notification tokens.
• Your personal dashboard activity.
• User-submitted content where deletion is technically and legally possible.

4. Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, audit logs, dispute resolution, or church administrative records.

Retained data will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

5. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 7 to 30 days after verification.

6. Important Note

Deleting your Koinova account may remove your access to your church dashboard, notifications, media, events, announcements, attendance records and other member features.
